Observation

The incident report provided for the child from 1/5/23 does not reflect multiple bites, and states the child was bit one time. The teacher in the classroom at the time of the incident was unable to be spoken to due to a medical leave. The admin who signed the incident report explains she was aware they child had been bit multiple times but did not realize the extent of the bites or the staff member present at the time of the incident. The center reports they try to support the classroom during transition times and diaper changes in effort to support with supervision. ?? "No observation provided."
